Our Process

1. Complete our needs assessment form

This form saves a lot of headaches in the future! It gives us an in-depth look at your marketing, budget and display needs. This helps us set clear objectives and deadlines together and avoid any extra costs.

2. The Design Phase

After we have a better understanding of your needs, we bring our top-notch design team in to bring the look of your project to life. We also offer complete graphic design services to help get your visual message across in a cost competitive approach.

3. The Review/Revise Phase

Once we've completed our design, we communicate directly with you to make any needed revisions.

4. The Manufacturing Phase

Once you've approved the final design, the manufacturing of the graphics and display begins. Viewing of the display during assembly is encouraged via web camera or in person. Proofs of the graphic printing and materials are sent for client review and approval before the graphics are printed.

5. Shipping/Transportation

Many companies get hit hard when it comes to shipping and transportation. We make sure we watch your budgetary bottom line by offering some of the most cost-effective ways to move your product.

Show Management Services: We work with all the major event management firms in managing our clients show experiences. No matter the size of the project we strive to go above and beyond by forming relationships with the service firms we work with to insure they think of our clients first.

Install & Dismantle Services: Display Creators offers display installation and dismantling services both locally, nationally and internationally. We have over 25 years of experience with installers prepared to get your display set up with precision and speed.

We also work closely with various install and dismantle (I&D) firms that cover every market in the US. They are experienced in installing of all brands of displays, including custom, and have broad experience with the Nimlok product line. Their rates are the same as the contracted show labor but they can do it quicker and with higher quality, reducing both cost and aggravation. Most importantly, we stand behind our work 100%.

Rental Services: The option of rental solutions has also appealed to a number of clients who attend only one large show a year and Display Creators is well positioned to excel at this type of business with manufacturing and inventory located in both Chicago and Las Vegas. For rental we handle the complete package: display design, graphic production, logistics, show management, I&D & storage.

Logistics: We have contacts with the best transportation and logistics companies in the industry. We work with dedicated trade show logistics firms that know how to deliver our customers displays on time and on a budget.

Global Services: We can also cover sales, rentals, logistics, I&D & storage on a global basis.

Storage and Asset Management Services: We currently offer warehouse space to store our client's products at a very competitive cost.Display Creators can also set up display previews in climate controlled environments as required.

Maintenance and Repair: We are experienced at a wide range of repair and maintenance activities including custom fabrication, powder coating, welding, graphic repair, & cleaning.
